Does this replace Sage or Xero?

No. HaulBot™ feeds data INTO your accounts software. We give you a clean CSV file to import, so you don't have to type invoice data manually.

What happens if I exceed my scan limit?

We don’t impose hard cut-offs and understand there are high and low months. We’ll notify you before any limits are reached and help you upgrade if needed.

What if a driver sends a blurry photo?

HaulBot flags blurry or incomplete PODs instantly and asks the driver to retake the photo before they leave the delivery site.

Is HaulBot GDPR compliant?

Yes. Your PODs and account data are stored in Google Cloud's London region, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share driver data with third parties. Full DPA available on request.

What if a customer doesn't use WhatsApp?
